Soldier Field: Parking lots are used, namely the East lot (R.I.P.) for tailgating by our characters. Skyboxes are mentioned. And Section 12 is located in the yellow seats in the SE section of the layout of Soldier Field before it's modification into its current configuration.

Suenos del Futbol: A fictional Irish pub owned by Irish-Mexicans on Halsted Street in Chicago's Lakeview neighborhood. The layout and location was based on the Hidden Shamrock. Owners: Joe & Jose O'Shea.

Filling Station: A bar and grill located on Polk St off of State St. Location and layout based loosely on Bar Louie-Dearborn Station.

Smiler Coogans: A real place in 1998. 5637 W Grand. A true and delicious dive that stayed open late. Heaven for those who love heavy metal music and all things leather, long hair and gritty. All used fictionally.

Axis: A gothic building gone nightclub located at Ohio & Dearborn. A true "meat market". Based on the real Excalibur - but with great liberties taken in its internal layout.
